Job Overview:
are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and support the daily operations of our cloudbased platform. This role involves monitoring troubleshooting automation and incident management for services running on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python Terraform and cloud infrastructure along with a keen eye for system reliability and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for platform users resolving tickets and incidents efficiently.
- Set up monitoring and alerting systems for platform health and performance.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues on GCP/Azure.
- Perform incident management root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Support patching upgrades and maintenance of cloud services and components.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and reusable components using Python & Terraform.
- Work with monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk) to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain ServiceNow for IT service management and ticketing.
- Support Power BI operations and basic datarelated tasks (if required).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 years of IT experience in system administration infrastructure or DevOps.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
- Strong handson experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk.
- Experience in ServiceNow for IT service management.
- Understanding of DevOps best practices and automation methodologies.
- Good troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Only
Work Location : Bangalore(Hybrid)
Form of employment: Fulltime until further notice we apply 6 months probationary employment.
