Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Administrator

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Back Office Administrator to support our daily operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks managing office systems and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office documentation records and data.

  • Handle phone calls emails and correspondence efficiently.

  • Assist in data entry report generation and maintaining databases.

  • Coordinate with different departments for order processing inventory management and customer support.

  • Schedule meetings appointments and maintain calendars.

  • Prepare and manage office supplies and equipment.

Requirements:
