Job Description












Support sales manager in managing daytoday assign sales territory accounts and to ensure efficient usage of


resources


Prepare and implement sales action plans (e.g. plan sales routes make regular calls/visits etc. to achieve sales


targets for assigned businesses/territories


Provide timely feedback to sales manager on the of sales action plans and development areas.


Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories


Work along with marketing team for exhibitions and any company events








Prepare and/or review quotations proposals and contracts to facilitate sales agreements Monitor competitors








activities/products and ensure to provide comprehensive feedback to sales manager in regard to the competition


that s taking place in assign sales territory.


Recommend practical actions and plans to counter competitions for sales manager review.








Prepare sales reports and report projected sales/margin forecasts








Track and highlight unusual increases/decreases in customer demand


Prepare & present sales pipelines for bi weekly sales meetings








Coordinate continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes sales plans customer satisfaction and etc








Initiate discussion with delay payment customers Investigate resolve and log customer issues and advise on followup








actions with external & internal stakeholders








Maintain relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements








Follow up with customers respond to queries and obtain further orders








Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products to customer








Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers








Ability to conduct highimpact sales presentations and negotiate contracts








Willing to travel for sales visitation








Prioritize thorough preparation before sales visits including familiarizing yourself with product information








the company catalogbrochures and comprehending the customers workflow process to make informed


suggestions.


Requirements


Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Science Microbiology or equivalent. Preferably 3 years experience in sales role or similar.
Demonstrate good working knowledge and strong selling skills.





Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills





Demonstrate good working knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.
Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills





Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel Word and PowerPoint)





Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English both written and spoken
