eQMS project engineering Internship
Stage Support the digitalization of Quality Processes with the implementation of an eQMS Solution
56 months starting in September 2025
Based in LyonGerland
Job Description:
- Participate in the digitalization of QMS processes by updating the Quality Documentation:
- Draft instructions that describe the quality processes in the eQMS
- Improve current Procedures.
- Help / Train document owners to perform Periodic Reviews of documents (Procedures/Work instructions etc. and updates of the documentation
- Computerized System Validation:
- Participate to the validation effort of eQMS solution
- Maintenance of the Validated state of the system
- Project support
- Support roll out of the eQMS on new sites
- Matrix for QMS documentation certifications
This description takes into account the main tasks but is not exhaustive.
Qualifications :
Last year of Engineer Degree or Master degree (Quality Assurance or Engineering for Medical devices)
You have knowledge in Quality Systems preferably in medical devices standards (ISO 13485:2016.
Youre fluent in English and French.
You have good communication abilities to bring changes in a complex organization.
