Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 teacher looking for a new challenge Our welcoming primary school in Surrey is seeking a passionate Year 2 Teacher to join our team as soon as possible. Your Responsibilities
As our new Year 2 Teacher you will:
Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire and challenge young learners.
Support children in developing key reading writing and numeracy skills in preparation for Key Stage 2.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued.
Monitor and assess student progress providing tailored support to help every child succeed.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupils learning and development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching and learning.
What Were Looking For
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 ideally in a Year 2 setting.
A strong understanding of phonics early literacy and numeracy development.
A creative and engaging teaching style that excites and motivates young learners.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for creating a supportive and highachieving learning environment.
