Your key responsibilities are:
- Planning installation configuration administration and maintenance of IT systems such as PCs and iPhones
- Supporting our employees in solving technical user problems and parts of our IT services
- Participation in the implementation of cloudbased software solutions
- Collaboration on IT projects
- Willingness to support in optimizing existing processes through automation (experience with PowerShell or PowerAutomate would be an advantage)
Qualifications :
- Successfully completed (technical) high school diploma or university entrance qualification
- Enthusiasm for IT topics and digital solutions
- Structured way of working and distinct service orientation
- Confident handling of MS Office and common Microsoft Office applications
- Enjoy teamwork reliability and a high level of motivation and willingness to learn
