- Oversee and manage the firms personal tax department ensuring efficient compliance and highquality advisory services.
- Provide expert personal tax advice to clients identifying tax planning opportunities and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships while actively contributing to business development.
- Lead mentor and develop the personal tax team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements
About You
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled personal tax specialist with:
A CTA qualification (preferred) or ACA/ACCA with a minimum of three years experience in personal tax advisory roles.
Strong expertise in personal tax with a proven track record of delivering highquality client service.
Previous experience in a senior personal tax management role.
A handson approach with excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
Uptodate knowledge of personal tax regulations and compliance requirements.
A commitment to professional development and contributing to the firms success.
