Salary: $130000 $150000

About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced and detaildriven Site Superintendent to manage groundup ICI construction projects in the GTA. The role involves overseeing warehouse and commercial developments ensuring efficient project coordination adherence to deadlines and maintaining highquality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily site operations ensuring work aligns with design specifications schedules and safety requirements.
- Maintain detailed site reports tracking workforce progress and any challenges.
- Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and onsite teams to optimize project flow and timely delivery.
- Enforce health and safety regulations ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize Bluebeam Excel and other tools for documentation and reporting.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and uphold quality control across all phases of construction.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets proactively addressing potential delays or risks.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in groundup commercial and warehouse construction.
- Strong knowledge of ICI project management construction techniques and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage largescale warehouse and office space developments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong followthrough.
- Experience in preparing site reports and managing documentation.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Excel and other construction management software.
- Detailoriented and methodical approach to project .
