Job Description
Canyonlands By Night & Day in Moab UT is looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team in the Spring of 2025. We are located at 1861 N. Hwy 191. Our ideal candidate is a selfstarter punctual and reliable person with a strong work ethic and a passion for food and safety.
Responsibilities
- Direct food processing and handling
- Monitor and manage food temperature and inventory stock
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Handle foodrelated concerns
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in a managerial position.
- Kitchen knowledge and cooking experience are a plus but were willing to train.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Wage depends on experience. Housing is negotiable.
