Job Description
- Responsible for smooth packing operation to fulfil customer demand.
- Drive service provider to meet the defined KPI and implement improvement plan.
- Responsible for achieving the effectiveness/productivity and quality target with close collaboration with external service provider.
- Plan packing line layout material flow area/space and headcount requirements.
- Responsible for implementation of engineering change request (ECR).
- Design and implementation of standards and procedures for packing operation.
- Responsible for customer complaint resolution and implementation of preventive measures.
- Provide training and guide operation personnel on the new processes if any.
- Identify and resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks to ensure seamless workflow.
- Analyse performance data and improvement implementation for continuous improvement.
- Willingness work at external service provider site >50.
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications :
- Degree in manufacturing logistic or other relevant field.
- Experience in manufacturing field especially in process warehouse or supplier quality would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of supplier management is essential.
- Possess good analytical and communication skills. Accountable selfdriven and independent.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive operational efficiencies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
