Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills persistence in problemsolving and the ability to learn quickly and independently.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support operational analysis and deliver data insights.
- Contribute to key operations by establishing and reviewing KPIs SLAs thresholds and escalation procedures.
- Build and present dashboards to crossfunctional audiences.
- Act as a data steward to monitor and improve overall data quality.
- Continuously review and validate data for accuracy.
- Define and document ongoing process changes and improvements.
- Conduct adhoc analysis as needed.
- Work closely with internal clients senior team members and external vendors to build rapport and maintain solid working relationships.
- Aggregate analyze and interpret business data through quantitative and qualitative analysis data modeling and business plan presentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Math Engineering Data Science Finance or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Eager to learn new technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools.
- Handson experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience documenting data flows and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of strong handson SQL development.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and be a selfstarter to provide deliverables within the expected timeframe.
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams.
- Experience profiling data including data discovery cleansing and analysis.
- Working knowledge of Alteryx.
