TheDelegate Sales Executive(Internally known as aDelegate Campaign Executive) plays a crucial role in the success of our events by combining strategic outreach with a personal touch to build brand loyalty. You will engage potential delegates through telemarketing LinkedIn outreach and tailored email interactions driving registrations and ensuring onsite conversions for your campaigns.

Your efforts ensure that key Csuite leaders attend our events fostering meaningful discussions and driving positive change in the sectors we serve.

What Can You Expect from The Day to Day

  • Youll be reaching out to professionals that would love our events by phone social media and email applying soft sales techniques to get them signed up and onboard
  • Youll be speaking to those that have already attended our events or have engaged with our marketing efforts
  • By applying yourresearch skills youll contribute to our data building efforts.Identifying and validating contact details for our email campaigns using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn
  • Youll respond to inbound enquiries from those wanting to find more out about our events
  • Onsite at ourevents youll get to meet and support those that attend to get the most out of the days

    Success Factors:

    • Confident and professional phone manner able to build rapport quickly with senior stakeholders
    • Balances personal and brand tone for engaging authentic communication
    • Skilled in soft sales converting prospects into delegates effectively
    • Confident using CRMs or quick to learn new systems
    • Highly accurate and detailoriented in data management
    • Proactive with structured time management to meet multiple deadlines
    • Eager to develop expertise and learn industry trends
    • Selfaware with a strong drive for personal and professional growth
    • Open to sharing ideas and taking initiative to improve processes
