- Providing exceptional customer service to every client ensuring they receive personalized attention and assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Actively engaging with clients through outreach initiatives and creative events to drive sales and expand the customer base.
- Serving as a brand ambassador for Hstens promoting our products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Leading by example and coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance.
- Ensuring the Hstens store environment is welcoming organized and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for selfimprovement and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.
Preferred skills and requirements
Bachelors or masters degree
Sales Experience
- At least 23 years experience in sales within luxury retail
- Demonstrated success in a salesdriven luxuryenvironment with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- CRMexperience.
- Proactive Attitude
- Selfmotivated and proactive approach to sales with the initiative to seek out new opportunities and drive business growth.
Customer Service Excellence
