Job Description
Food Technology Teacher Kingston Secondary School
An Outstanding secondary school in Kingston requires a passionate and skilled Food Technology Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is a fulltime permanent position teaching primarily Key Stages 3 and 4.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and practical Food Technology lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
- Teach essential cooking skills food science principles and healthy eating habits.
- Create a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the Food Technology curriculum.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A degree in Food Technology Hospitality or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Food Technology at the secondary level.
- Strong practical cookery skills and a passion for food.
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
- A desire to be a Food Technology Teacher
