Job Description
As a Staff UX Designer youll impact the lives of everyday people and help them move from surviving to thriving with digital personal finance solutions. This role is focused on optimizing our consumerfacing flows while ensuring that consumer experiences are simple cohesive inclusive and meet a high bar of functional and visual design quality and effectiveness. You will play a key role in shaping the design vision strategy and of our products. You will collaborate closely with marketers designers researchers writers engineers and product managers. Youll be responsible for owning the end to end design process from discovery and ideation to prototyping testing and with a concentration on experimentation. Youll invest in building relationships educating the organization about the importance of design while championing and demonstrating best practices.
What youll do:
Proactively partner with marketers designers engineers and product teams in understanding key user needs and directly contributing to business objectives.
Build and develop user flows wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs to communicate solutions to crossfunctional partners.
Conduct competitive explorations and leverage conversion best practices to develop new and innovative approaches to boost performance.
Use contribute to and evolve our design system to maintain consistency and scalability across products.
Take ownership of learning the industry and helping your teams reach business outcomes through a datadriven approach.
Facilitate design workshops brainstorming sessions and collaborative activities to foster a cocreation environment and ensure design quality.
Enable teams to build products without friction through detailed documentation of guidelines recommendations and processes.
Effectively communicate the intention and constraints within your design work to partners and stakeholders in order to drive clarity and alignment.
Mentor other designers and support their growth through guidance feedback and setting an example of best practices.
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
8 years experience working as an Individual Contributor as a handson Designer on multiple products
Proficiency in industrystandard design tools.
Experience in creating consumer facing design solutions that scale across platforms and devices (desktop mobile etc).
Demonstrate a high bar of quality in both interaction & visual design and strong technical skills.
Knowledgeable about new technologies and processes within the field of design WCAG requirements Android and iOS guidelines.
Trackrecord of success working with a variety of crossfunctional stakeholders and partners.
Excellent communication presentation interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences across the organization.
Nice to have:
Experience using and contributing to a design system.
Experience in evangelizing consumercentered thinking across all levels creating a vision and aligning teams to execute it.
Knowledge of marketing and brand strategies and best practices.

Salary Range: $140000.00 to $180000.00 per year plus benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment well consider your location experience and other jobrelated factors.
