The Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for devising and executing online marketing strategies that align with business goals. They will have to manage those campaigns and report on their success using identified metrics and methods of the department. In addition to managing campaigns they will need to analyze market trends and collaborate with internal departments to create cohesive digital experiences. The ideal candidate will leverage creativity analytical thinking and technical expertise to ensure all digital efforts are integrated and aligned with the top level objectives of the digital marketing department. This is a handson job that will require the ability to act quickly to capitalize on emerging trends. trends and changes in the evolving digital marketing landscape to maintain the companys competitive edge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Analyze and report on digital campaign performance.
- Monitor and contextualize campaigns within current booking reports.
- Collaborate with creative teams to create engaging content.
- Train into and become an expert user of custom internally owned media tools.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities to grow engagement and meet identified goals.
- Interface with the Paid Advertising team to optimize digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor trends and emerging technologies in the digital space.
- Coordinate with SEO specialists to enhance campaign and website visibility.
- Ideate original campaign ideas and execute them.
- Ability to draft and edit supporting copy with the guidance of the copywriting team and SEO best practices.
- Research keywords and trends to identify opportunities for marketing campaigns.
- Carrying forward existing initiatives and adapting them to modern tools and evolving audiences.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in the digital advertising space.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
Experience and Education
- 35 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
- 4year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline OR appropriate combination of experience and education.
Skills/Knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word Outlook Excel).
- Proficiency with Google tools including Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Proficiency with LLM and image generation tools for ideation and asset drafts.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to decisively select a direction and execute to achieve multiple objectives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with SEO and SEM techniques.
- Ability to innovate creatively with existing organizational toolsets.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Hotel/Travel industry experience is a plus.
