Are you an experienced Year 6 Teacher looking for the next step in your career We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our welcoming Surreybased primary school as a Year 6 Teacher with Middle Leadership responsibilities starting in September 2025.

The Role:
Location: Surrey
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Permanent Fulltime
Position: Year 6 Teacher & Middle Leader
Salary: Competitive based on experience
This role offers the opportunity to not only teach and inspire Year 6 pupils preparing them for their transition to secondary school but also to take on Middle Leadership responsibilities shaping an area of school development and supporting colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and highquality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Support and prepare Year 6 pupils for SATs and their transition to secondary school
- Lead and develop a specific area of the curriculum or school improvement initiative
- Provide support mentoring and guidance to colleagues as part of the Middle Leadership team
- Work collaboratively with staff parents and school leadership to drive progress and achievement
- Contribute to wholeschool development and improvement strategies
Who Were Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in KS2 ideally Year 6
A strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation
Excellent classroom management skills and a passion for highquality teaching
Proven leadership experience or the ambition to take on Middle Leadership responsibilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to inspire both pupils and colleagues
A commitment to professional growth and making a lasting impact on childrens education
