About Press Enterprise:
Press Enterprise Inc. is the parent company of The Press Enterprise both a commercial printer and a daily newspaper published in Bloomsburg Pennsylvania. Our daily newspaper serves a wide area including Columbia County Montour County and Luzerne County. This includes the municipalities of Bloomsburg Danville Berwick Benton Millville Catawissa and Elysburg.
Our Commercial Printing Division provides SNAP certified Cold Web and Heat Set offset printing services. We print millions of retail inserts advertising supplements weekly/monthly newspaper format products and many other printed publications every week.
Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description
Repairs and maintains machinery equipment and buildings. Installs new and used equipment under direction of maintenance superintendent and original equipment manufacturer with a selfstarter attitude.. This is a multitask position requiring entrylevel skills of carpentry millwright plumbing and advanced (learned or previously acquired) electrical/electronic skills.
- Maintenance and repair of building and equipment utilizing summary skills
- Welding cutting metal fabrication electrical/electronic troubleshooting carpentry plumbing pipefitting etc.
- Snow removal grounds maintenance and vehicle maintenance
- Installation of new equipment facilities remodeling and alterations as required
- Parts ordering and record keeping
- Utility functions errands routine cando tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
Job Type: Fulltime Night shift Maintenance (With the option of starting 8pm4am OR 9pm5am OR 10pm6am)
