Are you a handson leader with a passion for logistics efficiency and team success Wholesale Parts Solutions a division of Capital Automotive Group is seeking a Warehouse Order Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee our fastpaced shipping team and processes in Wake Forest NC. What Youll Do:
Lead and supervise the warehouse shipping team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Develop and implement best practices to enhance efficiency accuracy and workflow in shipping operations.
Monitor daily shipping activities ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Train mentor and support warehouse staff to foster a highperformance culture.
Collaborate with warehouse leadership to optimize inventory management and minimize errors.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders shipments and overall performance.
Resolve shipping discrepancies and work proactively to prevent future issues.
Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment.
What Were Looking For:
2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferably in an automotive or distribution setting.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes shipping procedures and inventory control.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced setting.
Effective communication and leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and development.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active warehouse environment.
