Our Sandston VA location has an opening for a Machinist Lead position. Successful candidates will need to have the following:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing Roto Gravure cylinders
- Leadership experience preferred
- Familiarity with all aspects of the production process

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Manufacturing or Gravure Cylinders
- Leadership experience preferred

Able to meet physical requirements of the job including but not limited to
- Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Infrequent pushing/pulling of cart
- Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
- Standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift
- Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $30 hourly. Ultimately in determining pay we will consider the successful candidates location experience and other jobrelated factors.
