We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Student for our Calgary District within our Canadian Buildings Division that is available for a minimum of 4 months starting in January 2024.
Heres how aMarketing and Communications Studentfor our Calgaryoffice contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the production and distribution of various written and visual materials for internal and external audiences including photography graphic design and page layout
- Reviewing and editing various internal documents and marketingrelated material
- Writing copy for marketing materials project profiles resumes award submissions intranet postings etc.
- Reviewing and updating the marketing database to ensure information is current and accurate
- Providing proposal support sourcing and updating content from internal and external resources assisting with design and document development
- Providing support to the Marketing and Communications team as required
- Special assignments as required
Qualifications
- Proficiency with software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro) is preferred
- Exposure to computer applications such as Microsoft Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel Visio SharePoint) is considered an asset
- Strong writer and skilled editor
- Graphic design skills
- Great attention to detail
- Highly organized selfstarter
- Excellent computer word processing desktop publishing and researching skills
- Efficient enthusiastic and flexible
