- Provide technical support via phone web portal and email to ensure timely and effective resolution of enduser issues.
- Set up and provision systems for new hires including hardware and software installation.
- Prioritize and manage service requests and incidents according to defined SLAs.
- Utilize remote tools and diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve support requests efficiently.
- Perform handson technical support for hardware repairs peripheral installations and other onsite fixes as needed.
- Install and configure hardware and software across network infrastructure devices including antivirus updates and security compliance.
- Administer servers and IT systems using Active Directory File & Print services DNS and DHCP.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on workstations printers and peripherals while ensuring company safety and security standards are met.
- College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science and/or 3 years equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Office 365 administration Windows 7 Server and Mac OS
- Active Directory knowledge Kaseya RMM and Autotask PSA experience is a plus
- CompTIA A and/or CompTIA Network preferred
- Some knowledge and understating of networking devices and appliances.
- Valid Driver License and ability to drive to customer locations when required.
