Memorial Bone Joint is seeking a BoardCertified Orthopedic Surgeon with exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills to join our established team in the heart of Las Cruces New Mexico. This is an employed position offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons podiatrists and APPs in a dynamic patientcentered practice.We specialize in a full scope of general orthopedic surgery including:Minimally invasive total joint replacementTrauma surgeryPediatric orthopedicsSports injuriesWhy Join Memorial Bone JointSports Medicine Fellowship Preferred: We are particularly interested in candidates with a sports medicine fellowship to complement our teams expertise.Established Group: Collaborate with experienced orthopedic surgeons podiatrists and APPs in a wellestablished supportive environment.StateoftheArt Facilities: Work at a Level III Trauma Center equipped with cuttingedge technology.Flexible Call Schedule: General call coverage of 1:3 or better.Strong Referral Base: Benefit from a large network of referring providers.Dedicated OR Time: Enjoy two OR days per week for optimized surgical scheduling.Comprehensive Recruitment PackageCompetitive base salary plus wRVU production incentivesCME allowance for continued education and professional developmentSignon bonus to support your transitionMedical debt assistance to ease student loan burdensRelocation assistance to make your move seamlessComprehensive benefits package including health coverage and retirement plansPractice growth support including marketing and administrative assistance
