Were Hiring! Traveling Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
Childrens Dental FunZone is looking for an energetic and motivated Traveling Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to support our Alhambra Montebello and Eagle Rock/Glendale locations! What Youll Do:
- Educate patients & parents on orthodontic treatment options & financial plans
- Guide patients through their treatment journey & ensure a positive experience
- Present treatment fees & help coordinate insurance & payment plans
- Travel between our Alhambra & Eagle Rock/ Glendale offices to support both locations
- Work closely with the orthodontist & clinical team to ensure seamless care
What Were Looking For:
2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator in an orthodontic or dental office
Great communication & sales skills able to build trust with kids & parents
Organized & detailoriented with the ability to multitask
Willingness to travel between Alhambra & Eagle Rock locations
Experience with dental/ortho software (Dentrix and OrthoBank) is a plus!
Job Type:
- Fulltime. MonFri 8:00 am 5:00 pm Sat 8:00 am 2:00 pm
- Hourly Monthly Bonuses Benefits
- Pay $23$27 (Negotiable DOE)
