Job Description
A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Placement Coordinator to help connect children in need of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and HCBS (Home and CommunityBased Services) with qualified professionals. This is an entrylevel role with training provided.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing families needs and scheduling requirements.
- Matching children with the right ABA and HCBS professionals.
- Managing multiple placements and ensuring a smooth process.
- Communicating effectively with families and staff.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with families.
- Organized and detailoriented with the ability to handle multiple cases.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to scheduling needs.
- No prior experience required training will be provided.
