As our Reliability Service Engineeryou will be responsible for providing technical support in implementation commissioning and lifecycle services of Emerson reliability solutions this role will be instrumental in this fastgrowing reliability business.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide technical support to Emerson sales team and clients
- Facilitate project delivery of asset reliability solutions
- Deliver training courses on the asset reliability solutions
- Ensure availability of cloud infrastructure for SaaS deployments
- Use procedures and templates from Service Management Office (SMO) and Project Management Office (PMO) for applicable work scope
- General networking and cybersecurity knowledge
- Ensure all work is carried out safely
- Ensures timely of planned service activities assessment repairs warranties and goodwill work.
- Undertakes or advances technical investigations in response to customer or departments requirements
- Provides technical advice to customers utilizing Global Support Center for difficult matters & following up to make sure problems are resolved.
- Work closely with key customer contacts to develop training plans for their workforce
- Win customers confidence through excellent service.
- Updating technical knowhow about solutions through own initiatives and company sponsored training
- To complete appropriate documentation for all technical tasks and submit in timely manner
- Utilise and fully support all Emerson required systems (CRM/Outlook/Timesheets/Oracle etc.
Who You Are
You readily act on challenges without unnecessary planning. Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives and provides timely and helpful information to others.
For This Role You Will Need:
- TradeCertificate (electrical/mechanical)or tertiary qualification
- Technical experience in the purpose of Condition based Maintenance (CbM) programs applied torotating assets
- Experience in online vibration protection & surveillance monitoring systems
- Experience with Emerson AMS Machinery Manager software & AMS 2130/40 vibration analysers
- Fault finding diagnostic and analytical skills
