Our opportunity:
As a Brand Marketing Manager youll play a key role in shaping and executing innovative campaigns that elevate brand awareness and drive demand. Youll collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure compelling messaging and seamless delivery across all channels from digital to social to events. With a focus on endtoend project management youll oversee campaign resource allocation and crossfunctional teamwork to deliver measurable results. Youll also leverage data to refine strategies optimize performance and build reports that provide valuable insights for future success. You will make an impact by being responsible for:
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market research competitor analysis and consumer behavior studies to inform brand strategies.
- Identify emerging trends insights and opportunities for brand innovation.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to internal stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.
Brand Campaign Strategy
- Develop integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness and align with demandgeneration initiatives.
- Set objectives track KPIs and optimize performance using datadriven insights.
- Work across cross functional teams to develop and deliver content strategy and impactful .
Creative & Messaging Integration
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with creative and messaging teams to refine positioning based on market feedback.
Project Management
- Oversee endtoend of brand programs ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
- Manage crossfunctional collaboration budgets and resources to drive efficiency.
CrossChannel Amplification
- Develop strategies to amplify brand messaging across digital social events and PR.
- Optimize channel performance based on engagement data and audience insights.
CrossBrand Reporting
- Create a centralized dashboard to track brand performance across campaigns.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in marketing are a plus
- 8 years of experience in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies with a strong preference for candidates with a background in SaaS or technology industries
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence key stakeholders
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams with the ability to motivate and drive crossfunctional collaboration
- Strong ability to stay highly organized and deliver results in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
- Solid budget management skills with experience in allocating resources efficiently and staying within financial constraints
- Strong research and analytical capabilities with a keen ability to assess market trends measure campaign performance and apply insights to drive strategy

- Analytical Thinking Strong ability to interpret data and trends apply insights to improve campaign performance and make datadriven decisions that refine strategies for future success
The base salary range for this position in California New York and Washington is $145000 $160000 and outside of those locations is $135000 $150000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education industry experience training knowledge skills abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
