We are seeking aGuest Service Agent to deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences. As the first point of contact you will provide a warm welcome handle guest inquiries and ensure a seamless checkin and checkout process.

Hilton Adelaide is centrally located overlooking Victoria Square. The hotel has 377 rooms ranging from guest rooms to the executive floor and suites. Hilton Adelaide offers unrivalled conference and events facilities comprising of 19 meeting rooms. It is the only 5star hotel in Adelaide able to host 500 delegates to meet eat and sleep all under one roof.

What Youll be doing

  • Previous experience in a customerfocused industry
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Uphold Hiltons high grooming and presentation standards.
  • Calm efficient and organized with great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest
  • Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Competent level of IT proficiency

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customerfocused role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Ability to remain calm efficient and organized in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Competency in IT systems with prior experience in cash handling.
  • Experience in Front Office Concierge or conflict resolution (preferred).
