An Executive Housekeeper serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:

  • At least 23 years of experience in a similar housekeeping & laundry management role
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or highend hospitality environment
  • Previous experience in the Middle East
  • Proven track record managing large teams largescale leisure spa and housekeeping operations
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost control abilities
  • Experience with department management and P&L
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedicated to high levels of customer service
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • IT proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Strong grooming standards
  • Flexible in responding to various work situations
  • Strong organizational budget management and problemsolving skills
  • Passion for exceptional guest service

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems
  • Previous experience in a similar role

An Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping & laundry operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives.



What will I be doing

As an Executive Housekeeper you are responsible for overseeing all housekeeping& laundry operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Executive Housekeeper will also be required to evaluate guest satisfaction and set department targets and objectives. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Lead and supervise all housekeeping & laundry operations
  • Analyze guest satisfaction trends and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Control departmental budget manage stock optimize costs and coordinate efficient schedules
  • Set clear department goals objectives work schedules budgets and standard operating procedures
  • Regularly inspect facilities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Ensure team members are wellinformed about room categories amenities and services
  • Foster strong communication and relationships with hotel departments guests and suppliers
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business requirements
  • Promote continuous team development through training initiatives
  • Lead regular meetings and document minutes for clear communication
  • Address and manage team members performance in alignment with company policies and standards
  • Recruit train and develop the housekeeping/laundry team for optimal performance
  • Utilize property management systems efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary to support hotel operations
