Your profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups Sprint Planning Reviews and Retrospectives) and ensure the team follows Scrum principles.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive the successful adoption and scaling of agile practices across teams using Agilibo SaaS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and customize agile methodologies as per team needs.
- Support product development teams in breaking down complex initiatives into manageable user stories and tasks.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to remove impediments and ensure the timely delivery of highquality software.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Agilibo SaaS by providing insights and feedback based on your handson experience in Agile coaching.
- Monitor and report on key Agile metrics to track progress and ensure alignment with business goals.

Desired skills
NicetoHave:
- Experience working on SaaS platforms particularly those focusing on Agile Transformation.
- Familiarity with Agilibo or similar Agile transformation tools.
Required Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master with a proven track record of guiding teams through agile transformations.
- Advanced Scrum certification (PSM II Advanced CSM or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban etc. and understanding of scaling frameworks like SAFe LeSS or Nexus.
- Handson experience in remote team facilitation and collaboration.
- Excellent communication facilitation and conflictresolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Trello or similar.
- Passion for Agile and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
