Job Description
Job Title: Controller
Location: Egypt (Remote)
Salary: $1200/month
Employment Type: Fulltime
Working hours: TBD
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Controller to manage our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QuickBooks and a strong understanding of daytoday financial tasks ensuring that all financial records are accurate and uptodate. You will be responsible for overseeing cash flow forecasting and maintaining the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- QuickBooks Management: Expertly manage and oversee the company's QuickBooks software to ensure accurate financial records.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure financial stability and avoid any disruptions.
- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate books and accounting records including accounts payable/receivable general ledger entries and reconciliation.
- Invoice Processing (if applicable): Handle invoice processing as needed depending on the fulltime or parttime status.
- Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to senior management summarizing key performance indicators and financial health.
- Forecasting: Develop accurate financial forecasts to support strategic decisionmaking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and bookkeeping
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Solid experience in cash flow management and forecasting
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
