What you will do:
- Leading and developing the Finance & Legal Team
- Lead and develop the Finance & Legal Team
- Ensure quality and optimize financial processes and reports
- Analyze data derive insights and advise management
- Conduct contract negotiations with customers and ensure compliance
- Support in complex financial transactions and legal matters
- Oversee the annual financial statements and manage external consultants
- Manage cash flows and financial strategies
- Utilize AIdriven analytical tools to optimize financial processes
Requirements
What we expect:
- Hold a degree in Business Administration Finance Business Law or related field
- Have several years of experience in a senior financial role preferably in the service sector
- Possess solid knowledge in controlling compliance and contract law
- Experience with M&A processes and financial strategies is a plus
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical thinking
- Excellent English skills to complement your profile
