Implement and maintain ISO management systems in accordance with relevant ISO standards.
Ensure documentation procedures and records are accurate uptodate and compliant.
Audit Coordination:
Plan schedule and coordinate internal audits and external ISO audits.
Support auditors during inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Training & Awareness:
Conduct training sessions to educate staff on ISO standards policies and procedures.
Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Documentation & Reporting:
Develop and maintain ISOrelated documentation including quality manuals procedures and work instructions.
Prepare reports on ISO performance audit findings and corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
Monitor performance metrics and assist in setting quality objectives.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Quality Management Business Administration Engineering or related field. ISO Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
Experience: 2 years in quality management ISO coordination or a related role.
Skills:
Strong understanding of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001.
Excellent organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
