Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Growth Strategist Lead to drive audience growth market expansion and strategic partnerships for our events. This role involves conducting market research developing growth strategies and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to enhance our reach and continuously align our events with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Industry Analysis
- Identify assess and conduct market research for new markets and regions for events expansion.
- Develop market entry strategies based on research findings and industry trends.
- Monitor financial industry updates emerging trends and regulatory changes to ensure that events remain aligned with the latest developments and continuously meet industry needs.
- Analyse customer and industry data to refine event positioning and value proposition.
Audience Growth & Engagement
- Identify and define target audience segments for each event based on industry needs.
- Research and analyse audience insights to identify expectations preferences and pain points.
- Develop strategies to attract and engage new attendees ensuring highvalue participation.
- Support marketing and sales teams with insights to improve audience acquisition efforts.
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify evaluate and establish strategic partnerships that can enhance event reach and value proposition.
- Assess impactful partnership opportunities for expanding into new markets and segments.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Implement methods for gathering valuable data and use this data to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform decisionmaking and improvements.
CrossTeam Collaboration
- Work closely with product marketing content and sales teams to align strategies and .
Requirements
Education and Professional Background:
- Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Business Administration Economics Data Science or a related field.
- Master s Degree (preferred) in Business Administration (MBA) Marketing Strategic Management or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in business development market research and growth strategy preferably within the Trading Industry and Events sector.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute market expansion strategies.
- Experience in identifying and securing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
Technical Skills:
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets trading and fintech.
- Market Research: Proven experience in conducting research and developing datadriven market expansion strategies.

3-5 years of relevant experience in event management or a similar field. A bachelor s degree in a related field such as Event Management, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred. Experience in event management, coordinating and executing successful events to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction will be considered a benefit.
