Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 & Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant with strong business acumen and handson expertise in solution architecture implementation and testing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining strategies managing implementations and ensuring seamless integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a functional consultant for Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform providing expert guidance on business processes and system capabilities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements design solutions and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
Work closely with technical teams including developers to ensure optimal customization and integration with other enterprise systems.
Define solution strategies ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
Oversee and manage endtoend implementations ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Develop and execute testing plans including unit integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide training and support to endusers ensuring effective adoption of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong business acumen with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Finance & Operations (F&O) or related modules.
Understanding of developer activities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform including customization and extension capabilities.
Ability to architect solutions and define clear solution strategies based on business needs.
Experience in managing fullcycle implementations including requirement gathering design configuration and deployment.
Strong background in managing testing processes including test planning and defect resolution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
