Job Description

IGA/SailPoint Engineer

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Skills

Minimum 4 years of experience with IGA solutions preferably SailPoint.

Strong knowledge of application onboarding and identity lifecycle management.

Proficiency in Java Beanshell JavaScript and scripting for automation.

Experience integrating SailPoint with LDAP REST/SOAP Web Services SCIM Databases SaaS applications (OKTA Workday SAP Suite etc..

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Azure and Linux servers.

Strong understanding of security technologies IAM best practices and security policy frameworks.

Soft Skills & Personal Attributes

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with business and IT stakeholders.

Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and in an Agile team.

Problemsolving mindset and ability to drive process improvements.

Strong stakeholder management and clear timely communication.
