About the Company
Responsibilities
We are looking for an organised Project Manager with good problemsolving skills to lead crossfunctional teams to the successful delivery of projects.
- Perform endtoend project management ensuring timelines and budgets are met;
- Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders;
- Create actionable project plans including tasks timelines resource planning and risk strategies;
- Monitor project progress using suitable frameworks or tools making recommendations as necessary;
- Resolve conflicts or any roadblocks to the projects;
- Promote best practices and operational standards in project ;
- Support a collaborative solutionsoriented environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering Information Technology or any related field;
- Project management certification would be an advantage;
- At least 3 years of experience in managing projects preferably within a similar field;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven track record of successful project delivery;
- Strong experience in project management methodologies;
- Knowledge of relevant project management tools;
- Ability to lead and also work well in a team.
