Job Description
- Conduct classroom observations to assess student behavior and learning environments.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies to support student success.
- Provide direct counseling services to students to address emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Assist in crisis intervention and support students dealing with trauma or mental health concerns.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance socialemotional learning and student wellbeing.
- Collaborate with teachers administrators and parents to create supportive learning environments.
- Support teachers in implementing classroom management strategies and behavioral interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and legal guidelines in school psychology.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide insights and recommendations.
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students cognitive academic social emotional and behavioral needs.
