Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Required to translate technical systems specifications into working tested applications. This includes:
- developing detailed programming specifications
- writing and/or generating code
- compiling datadriven programs maintaining and conducting unit tests
- developing detailed programming specifications
- Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages including technical assistance in implementation conversion and migrations
General Skills:
- Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level
- Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience in structured methodologies for the development design implementation and maintenance of applications
- Experience in design code test debug and document applications
- Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools
- Experience in one or more programming languages
- Experience in application design latest design patters deployment and troubleshooting
- Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
- Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages
- Experience with one or more communications protocols
- Experience in structured methodologies for the design development implementation and maintenance of applications
- Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge and experience with programming Internetready applications
- Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles concepts policies and practices
- Experience with middleware and gateways
- Experience reviewing analyzing and modifying product installation scripts including encoding testing debugging
- Ability to provide postimplementation support and resolve any postimplementation technical issues
- Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team
- Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
- Ability to provide user and system documentation as required
Requirements
Responsibilities/Assignment Deliverables
The Developers will be responsible for translating business requirements and technical system specifications into working tested applications. This would involve doing analysis & design based on requirements writing code and conducting unit tests.
Mandatory Skills:
- 10 years experience in developing ntier Enterprise applications
- 10 years handson development with C# .Net Framework (Version 4.6 and above)
- Must have extensive experience with C# ASP. NET .NET CORE RAZOR BLAZOR SAX BASIC and Entity framework
- Expertise in MVC Framework Angular (Version 2 and above)
- Extensive handson development & troubleshooting experience on Azure App services
- Expertise in Web services Web API
- Proficient working with Databases MS SQL and Azure DocumentDB
- In depth knowledge of application security and performance best practices
- In depth knowledge of client side web development : HTML CSS JavaScript
- Familiar with agile development methodology
Nice to Have Skills:
- Agile development experience Scrum User Stories CI TDD Automated Tests etc.
- User experience design
- Web UI design
- Microsoft Azure file storage Cosmos DB GIT

Programming / Development skills
- 10 years of demonstrated experience in developing Ntier enterprise application.
- 10 years of demonstrated experience of developing using .net frameworks C# (Version 4.6 and above).
Technical Skills
- Demonstrated experience of developing applications using Angular 2 and above.
- Demonstrated experience of web development using HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated experience working with .Net Framework MVC Web services Web API.
- Demonstrated experience in development & troubleshooting experience on Microsoft Azure App services.
Other skills
- Demonstrated experience of writing SQL and Stored Procedures (preferably in MS SQL and Cosmos DB)
- Demonstrated userexperience (UX) design to ensure a great usercentered experience iterate it in accordance with usertesting.
- Demonstrated experience of using Agile Methodologies.
