Analyst Role:
Adaptive Developer Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and solutionoriented Adaptive Developer to join our Finance Systems team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining Adaptive Planning models that support enterprisewide budgeting forecasting and scenario analysis. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of Finance and Technology enabling strategic decisionmaking through datadriven planning tools. You will work closely with Finance stakeholders and business unit leaders to understand planning requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and analytics. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical foundation in Adaptive Planning with a businessfirst mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain Adaptive Planning models including assumptions drivers sheets accounts and dimensions.
Build and optimize dashboards reports and analytics to provide actionable insights for Finance and business leaders.
Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
Maintain and enhance workflows planning sheets and version structures to support rolling forecasts annual budgets and multiscenario planning.
Develop and maintain integration processes with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite Workday Financials) CRM platforms and other businesscritical data sources.
Ensure data accuracy governance and consistency across the planning environment.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve automation system performance and user experience within Adaptive Planning. Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of handson experience in Adaptive Planning model development and administration.
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of financial planning processes including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
Experience with ERP systems integration (NetSuite Workday Financials) and CRM platforms.
Proficiency in building complex formulas scripts and advanced planning logic within Adaptive.
Experience working with business intelligence tools or data visualization platforms a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences. Selfstarter with strong problemsolving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
