The Company
Our client is a leading provider of information management and payment processing solutions. With more than 850 staff worldwide this great opportunity to work with a large company that is growing. The Head Office is in Melbourne but the IT department runs from their Perth office.
The Role
Reporting locally to the Team Lead and the national Head of IT your responsibilities will include:
Consult with analysts managers and end users to gather information regarding program requirements.
Refine specifications based on above consultations
Convert requirement designs and specifications into code
Compile programs into object code and correct errors detected in compile process
Design and code layouts for onscreen UIs printed outputs and interfaces with other systems.
Coordinate with other A/Ps regarding version control
Ensure version control is maintained
Write and maintain documentation
Create UAT documentation
Train end users & support staff to support so system
Your Profile
You will be degree qualified in an IT or related discipline and have the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
To be successful in this role it is imperative that you possess outstanding technical skills with Pick/Universe & SB.
While the key to this role is the ability to act as a developer there is an element of analysis required.
This role is critical to the business so you must be able to demonstrate significant experience in a similar role over an extended period of time.
