Job Description
Purpose
As a Data Privacy & Compliance Manager for F&C you will be the important interface between the central compliance requirements & processes and our Finance department. You will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of the corresponding compliance processes relating to data protection security nearoffshore regulations works council etc. and on the other hand ensure compliance requirements in Finance especially in our digitalization projects. You will also be the first contact person for our colleagues in aspects of compliance.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- You will act as Data Privacy Coordinator for F&C relevant systems / matters and implementing corresponding measures.
- You will coordinate and manage compliance activities regarding our finance community.
- You will provide support in setting up Data Privacy / Security Contracts (GDPR) within F&C department and towards its subsidiaries especially within shoring activities You will assure adherence to given laws and regulations (like DSGVO in Germany).
- You will be important connection between central compliance requirements and our functional finance units and take care of the operational of compliance requirements especially for our digitalization projects und systems
- You will support setting up and regular renewing the data security frameworks & documentations of the F&C owned Systems.
- You will take care of our biannual compliance reviews for our finance planning tool SAP Analytics Cloud you will prepare and pass the reviews and answer the questions from our internal privacy & security auditors by Group Privacy & Security
- You will support and take care of some requirements for our social partners like German workers council and also present and negotiate some topics with them (with German support)
- You will support and take care of some requirements for our Near & Offshore regulations and also discuss some topics with our internal Near & Offshore auditors
- You will take care of projects and special tasks in the compliance area that will come up over time in order to close possible compliance gaps and ensure overall compliance in our finance units.
Qualifications :
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- have a degree in Law / Compliance or business / economics / informatics / computer science in conjunction with completed trainings in the field of compliance / data privacy (GDPR) / security / or similar
- are already familiar with the compliance regulations relating to data protection data security nearoffshore regulations CDPAs etc.
- are characterized by a strong sense of perseverance and assertiveness and you are not afraid to take discussions and defend your arguments (by compliance perspective)
- can independently familiarize yourself with complicated issues and then execute them
- are fluent in German & English language (at least B2/C1 level)

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1500 /brutto.
