1. Logistical Support:
Coordinate all logistics for project activities including workshops meetings field visits and events.
Arrange travel accommodation and transportation for project staff stakeholders and visitors as needed.
Ensure that venues materials and equipment for events and meetings are secured and ready for use.
2. Event Organization and Financial Support:
Assist in planning budgeting and managing expenses for project events and meetings.
Track and process payments related to event logistics ensuring compliance with the projects budget and financial procedures.
Maintain records of financial transactions and expenses related to events and meetings.
3. Documentation and Filing:
Maintain an organized filing system for all projectrelated documents including contracts reports meeting notes and correspondence.
Ensure proper storage and easy retrieval of both physical and digital project documents.
Upload and manage project documents on shared drives ensuring uptodate access for team members.
4. General Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to the project team ensuring smooth daily operations.
Assist with scheduling and preparing materials for meetings and events including agendas and reports.
Maintain communication with vendors service providers and project staff as required to ensure timely of tasks.
5. Financial Transactions:
Record and monitor financial transactions related to the TRVC project ensuring adherence to SNVs financial policies.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for events meetings and other project activities.
Reconcile eventrelated expenses and ensure that financial documentation is complete and accurate.
Qualifications :
Education: University degree in business administration business management development or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in administrative or program support roles preferably in international development or with nongovernmental organizations.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and digital tools for document management.
Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail ensuring efficient handling of sensitive information.
Capability to manage logistics and finances related to project events and meetings.
Ability to work independently and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Willingness to travel within Vietnam especially to the Mekong Delta region.

Contract Duration: SNV Vietnam offers one year employment contract with possible extension upon the performancebased.
Reports to: The Senior Program Assistant will work under the coordination and report directly to the Project Coordinator.
Desired start date: as soon as possible.
Location: Hanoi with travel to the Mekong Delta Region Vietnam
