Job Description
The successful candidate will be working on the continuous development of our multiple proprietary RegTech software solutions in an Agile environment. The engineer will be contributing to continuously improve the Frontend of our applications using the Vue framework and/or other frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a dynamic development team on the forefront of Vue application development
- Contribute to the continuing development of the software frontend for IQEQ R&D
- Develop and maintain reusable modular components
- Write and maintain unit tests and documentation
- Resolve bug fix tickets on the internally developed code base
- Show an awareness of ongoing security risks and solutions
- Write wellstructured efficient testable code in line with industrys best practice
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills in English
- Enthusiasm to grow and learn from experienced colleagues
- Selfmotivated and keen to learn new technologies and methodologies
- Process oriented working style with clear goal direction and output focus
- Good problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications :
- 4 years commercial software development experience with Vue.js (or similar technologies like React)
- Understanding of modern JavaScript its quirks and workarounds
- Knowledge of frontend state management solutions (Vuex Pinia)
- An understanding of consuming RESTbased APIs and asynchronous request handling
- Knowledge of HTML CSS (experience in CSS precompiling SASS/LESS a plus)
- Experience in the Agile/Scrum development methodology a plus
- An understanding of crossbrowser compatibility and responsive design
- Experience with modern JavaScript tools (PNPM TS Vite)
