Ready to apply your demand planning expertise in a role where your insights truly drive business impact Were looking for a Senior Demand Planning Specialist to lead the development of demand plans and the S&OP process ensuring our supply chain is tightly aligned with customer needs and business strategy.
A day in the life: Youll develop robust demand forecasts analysing data trends collaborating crossfunctionally and turning insights into action. Youll lead demand review cycles bring teams together across supply engineering maintenance operations and commercial functions and drive continuous improvement in planning processes. Youll also champion smarter forecasting methods working closely with our Data & AI teams and ensure were equipped with the right tools and data to support longterm success.
This is more than just forecasting its about influencing at a strategic level making datadriven decisions and helping elevate planning maturity across the organisation.
Key outputs:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of demand planning and forecasting processes.
- Drive the Demand Review and S&OP processes aligning forecasts with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth information flow and integrated planning.
- Analyse demand trends and performance metrics to enhance forecast accuracy and decisionmaking.
- Champion new planning methodologies and ensure accurate uptodate planning data and systems.
About you:
Youre a highperforming planning professional with a strong track record in leading demand planning and S&OP processes within complex supply chain environments. You bring a deep understanding of forecasting planning methodologies and endtoend supply chain functions along with a passion for driving continuous improvement and crossfunctional collaboration.
Your success in this role will be powered by your strategic mindset strong analytical capability and ability to turn data into actionable insights. Youre a natural leader and influencer who thrives in a collaborative & agile environment with the confidence to challenge the status quo and the skills to drive alignment across diverse teams.
