• Prepare misenplace for all hotel menus including breakfast lunch dinner kiddies and room service. Assist Chef De Partie with basic food preparation tasks.

• Manage ingredient storage including offloading cleaning and practising FIFO in fridges freezers and dry store.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all working areas including assisting in the scullery when needed.

• Demonstrate artistic food presentation skills and proficiency in various knife techniques.

• Adhere to food safety and protection standards including proper food handling storage and personal hygiene practices.

Qualifications :

• Professional Cookery Certificate or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food safety hygiene practices and basic cooking techniques
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with flexibility to work various shifts
• Physical stamina and ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for food and willingness to learn new culinary techniques
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations including equipment use and inventory management
