Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contribute to all stages of the design process from user research to wireframes and shipping the product
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on designs and improve usability
- Gathering and understanding business objectives and user needs
- Designing user journeys identifying pain points
- User testing interviewing and insight gathering persona creation
- Conducting workshops representing UX aspects
- Liaising and working with stakeholders participating in specification and review processes to ensure the best possible user experience
- Professional leadership of product design projects
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth
- Collaborate with engineers leadership and customerfacing teams to develop design solutions that drive business value and align with strategic objectives
- Be a selfstarter and problem solver to facilitate selfidentified opportunities in products and services
Qualifications :
Requirements
- 5 years of UX design experience
- Practical knowledge of design thinking methodology
- Passionate about creating seamless usercentric experiences
- Usercentered mindset
- Understanding and high level of project insight
- Thorough knowledge of Figma fluent in its use
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Constructive approach
- Knowledge of industry trends innovative technologies
Nice to have
- AI 3D AR VR design experience
- Experience in branding
- Experience in financial and healthcare sectors
- Experience in Service design
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and basic frontend development
