Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Manage smooth onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Prepare and consolidate prepayroll data ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Oversee absences and working hours ensuring seamless integration with our time tracking system.
- Serve as a direct point of contact for employees and managers providing guidance and support.
- Conduct both internal and external audits for administrative and payroll compliance.
- Prepare and present reports that drive insights and decisionmaking.
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (its your goto tool for analysis!.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluent in both Polish and English (min. B2 level).
- Good understanding of Polish labor law.
- Familiarity with the basics of payroll calculations.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
