Your future team:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects.
If youre passionate about driving project success providing strategic direction and managing multiple projects simultaneously this is the role for you!
Your missions:
Project Planning & Strategy:
- Lead project plans define scope objectives and timelines (NEC principles/guidelines).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish requirements and success criteria.
Project & Monitoring:
- Ensure projects meet plans budgets and schedules.
- Track progress monitor milestones and address risks.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with senior management clients and partners.
- Communicate updates risks and issues clearly and promptly.
Resource & Budget Management:
- Optimize resource allocation and manage project budgets.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure budget compliance.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks develop strategies to minimize disruptions.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure highquality project deliverables and continuous improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Lead guide and foster a collaborative team culture.
Strategic Alignment:
- Align projects with organizational goals and provide input on prioritization.

Qualifications :
Skills Qualifications and Experience:
This role requires a strategic thinker with advanced project management skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while driving the achievement of project goals. To be successful in your application you should have:
5 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in managing complex projects throughout the project lifecycle.
Indepth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices ideally aligned with NEC principles.
Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience in influencing and managing expectations at all levels.
Background in engineering consultancy and experience in infrastructure projects.
Demonstrable experience in running NEC projects change control management risk management and budget management.
APM Project Professional Qualification or equivalent.
NEC Project Manager certification or MAPM qualification is desirable.
Additional Information :
Hybrid working
This role requires the successful candidate to hold (or be able to obtain) a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance.
Due to the nature of work this role will be delivering and for the protection of certain assets the successful candidate has to be a sole UK national
