Under the general guidance of Director of Finance or any other authorized by the management to ensure that a coordinated approach is taken in all aspects of procurement to ensure value for money is achieved in a cost effective and efficient way in accordance to the Company policy and procedures.
How your day looks like
- Assist in the introduction of new systems and techniques to generate efficiencies and improved ways of working
- Cooperate in the development implementation and monitoring the procurement strategy to ensure efficiency cost control and transparency.
- Develop and implement Procurements policy and processes to ensure operational and financial requirements are supported
- Manage administer and coordinate procurement to ensure compliance with the established standards
- Take an active role in planning and assisting in the delivery of the efficiency targets required for the Hotel
- Develop a robust register of contracts in order to maximize cost efficiencies
- Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
- Ensures quality of procured items and addresses issues when they arise.
- Monitor and evaluate vendors based on quality service and price through purchasing specifications.
- Develop and implement innovative methods of procurement in order to continually improve the business process
- Assist the Director of Finance in providing management information and performance measurement in all aspects of procurement in order to track costs and results
- Control process of receiving and store management.
- To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require.

Qualifications :
- Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in purchasing software and Microsoft Office applications
